Leadership
Fork & Tech was founded by Jon Hartis, whose career has spanned hospitality operations, technology, audio/video, and business leadership.
Jon brings a combination of hands-on operational experience and technical expertise that shapes how Fork & Tech approaches technology today. Having worked from the front lines of restaurant operations through technology leadership, he understands both the systems behind the operation and the people who depend on them every day.
His experience includes launching and supporting technology across more than 1,000 hospitality locations, including high-volume restaurants, multi-unit concepts, entertainment-driven venues, and multi-system environments.
That perspective is the foundation of Fork & Tech's approach: start with the operation, understand what the technology needs to accomplish, and design and deliver systems that can be supported, standardized, and scaled.
