Fork & Tech was founded by Jon Hartis, a solution-oriented and purpose-driven executive with over 35 years of experience spanning operations, technology, audio/video, and business leadership.

Jon brings a rare combination of hands-on operational experience and deep technical expertise, allowing him to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. His background includes launching and supporting thousands of hospitality venues across a wide range of concepts, including high-volume service environments, entertainment-driven venues, and complex multi-system operations.

Having worked from the corporate level to the front lines, Jon understands how technology decisions impact service flow, staff efficiency, and guest experience. This perspective is foundational to how Fork & Tech operates today.
