Fork & Tech was founded by Jon Hartis, a solution-oriented and purpose-driven executive with over 35 years of restaurant experience spanning operations, technology, audio/video, and business leadership.

Jon brings a rare combination of hands-on restaurant operations experience and deep technical expertise, allowing him to bridge the gap between strategy and execution. His background includes launching and supporting 500+ restaurants across 15+ unique concepts, including Quick Service, Fast Casual, Full Service, Fine Dining, Nightlife, Casinos, and Virtual Brands.

Having worked from the corporate office to the restaurant floor, Jon understands how technology decisions impact service flow, staff efficiency, and guest experience. This perspective is foundational to how Fork & Tech operates today.
